Lead-based paint disclosure

All of our properties were built prior to 1978, so it's important you understand the potential hazard from lead-based paint.  Please read the attached brochure from the EPA to familiarize yourself with this important health issue.

Smoke detectors

We can't overemphasize the importance of working smoke detectors.  It is critical that you change the batteries in your smoke detector(s) twice a year and test the device.  The shift to and from daylight saving time is an easy reminder to change the batteries.  If you have any trouble, we will change the batteries for you.
