How to apply

To get started, please submit a rental application.

The application requires the free Adobe Reader, which you can download here.

This application may be completed online, but must be signed and faxed to our office at 916.313.3546 or scanned and submitted by email.

An application fee of $16 per applicant covers the cost of a credit report and will be applied to the first month's rent.

We use a standard lease agreement and condition of premises checklist.
